7 Things for 7 Days

  1. Cycle 4 times in the week
  2. Burn CDs of my Audible (audio) books
  3. Complete installing the shopping system on my own websites
  4. Eat a cooked breakfast
  5. Get up half an hour earlier than normal and read
  6. Get a 'date'
  7. Have a drink with DLAF (not same as above!)
